Welcome to Moniely Digital Channels Solutions Limited (“Moniely”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital lending and wallet platform, including the website, mobile applications, and USSD services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Nigerian law to use Moniely services. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet these eligibility criteria.

2. Account Registration

To use certain services (wallet, loan applications, bill payments), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify Moniely immediately of unauthorized access

3. Digital Lending Services

Moniely may offer loan products via the Platform. All loan applications are subject to our credit evaluation, approval, and compliance checks. Loan amounts, interest rates, repayment terms, and schedules will be disclosed in your application and loan agreement.

4. Transactions & Fees

Transactions processed via Moniely may be subject to fees. Fees will be displayed before confirmation of transactions. You agree to pay any applicable fees when using our services.

5. User Obligations

• Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly
• Provide accurate personal and financial information
• Comply with all NDPA, CBN, FCCPC, and other applicable regulations
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or reverse-engineer the Platform

6. Data Privacy

Your use of Moniely is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected. By using Moniely, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by Moniely or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moniely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. We strive to ensure accuracy, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free transactions.

9. Termination

Moniely may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for breach of these Terms or applicable laws. You may also close your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11. Amendments

Moniely may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
